The pricesThe price of accommodation, including a Monday to Thursday short Channel crossing, is shown on every campsite page. There are no extras unless you want a weekend or a longer crossing. Occasionally there will be a charge made for things such as a TV or oven but these are shown in the price panel.
Price per unit of accommodationThe price mentioned in this brochure for mobile homes and bungalow tents is the amount you pay per unit of accommodation. So it doesn't matter if there are two or six people in your party – the price will be the same. All base prices are for 7 nights accommodation plus a mid-week Dover to Calais ferry crossing for all people in the party plus one car. There are small supplements to pay for ferry crossings on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Prices if you take your own caravan or tentThe price of a pitch for your own tent or caravan is the price per night for two adults, a pitch with electrical hook up for your caravan, camper van or tent and a place for your car. For extra people, children and/or pets you pay an additional amount. You can see all full details in the price panel on each campsite page. When you book a pitch with Vacansoleil you may of course use all facilities offered by the campsite. A charge may be levied by the campsite for a small extra tent and is payable on site.

Is that everything?Nearly! Sometimes local authorities will ask you to pay a tourist tax. This can vary from €1.00 - €2.00 per person per day and is payable locally at the campsite. This will also include any possible environment/eco tax. It also covers regisitration costs in Croatia and a Danish campsite pass. On many campsites you have to pay a deposit for a wrist strap or a barrier card.
Rental periodAll campsites require you to stay for a minimum number of nights. This is often two nights during the low season and four in the high season. This number varies from campsite to campsite and also for the different types of accommodation. The minimum number of nights stay is shown in the campsite's price panel.
