Head into the countryside and visit the lovely Alpine town of Gap. Or just spend the day by the edge of the swimming pool and do absolutely nothing!
The Route Napoleon is one of the most beauitful routes in south-eastern France. It's not entirely sure if Napoleon did use this route after his exile on the island Elba. On his trip to Paris he was undoubtedly impressed by the beauty of the magnificent mountainous landscape that dominates this region.
