Some tips for your holiday at Camping Alpes Dauphiné in Gap
- Gap is a lively city on the route Napoléon and is well worth a visit. There's a beauitful cathedral here and some pleasant, narrow streets to explore.
- The Massif of Le Dévoluy is a nice idea for a day out.
- Not far away there are two reservoirs of Serre Poncon and Sautet.
- A little further afield, but certainly worthwhile is a cycling tour across one of the mountain passes of the Galibier (between Briancon and Alpe d'Huez) or La Cayolle.
- Alternatively go mountain biking, rafting or paragliding in the area.
- If you follow the Route Napoleon via the N85 northwards, you will eventually arrive in the city of Grenoble. This is a beautiful city located at the foot of the mountains that teems with art and interesting architecture.
