Camping Natterer See, Natters

This campsite has been a feature of the shores of Natterer See since 1930. It was the Innsbruck inhabitants favourite recreational area and, in fact, it still is as the city is only 7km away. However, the campsite has changed greatly since then and camping Natterer See now has good modern facilities.

Why camping Natterer See?
  • The pitches are situated in terraces around the lake.
  • There's a pizzeria, snack bar, restaurant and, at the water's edge, a bar with a charming terrace.
  • The entertainment programme is full of fun with lots of parties for children.
  • Don't miss the 'Tiroler Abend' which consists of lots of music, folk dancing and delicious local meals.

The surrounding area of camping Natterer See, Natters

The Inntal is centrally located in the huge mountain range of Tirol. In the 12th century a bridge was built over the river Inn (Inn-Brücke) and the settlement near the bridge grew to the present capital of Tirol, Innsbruck.

Some tips for your holiday at camping Natterer See in Natters:
  • As the city Innsbruck was an important stopover on the trade route between Germany and Italy, many medieval houses can be seen today, including the famous 15th century house with its golden balcony. Innsbruck is also known as the city at the heart of Austrian winter sports. The Olympic winter games were held twice, but now the city is becoming increasingly popular as a summer getaway.
  • Visit the Schwaz silver mines, the 'Krystallwelt' in Wattens and the charming salt city Hall.
