Camping Simuni, Simuni
Camping Simuni is situated in the heart of a large oak forest on the outskirts of the fishing village of Simuni and has direct access to its own private beach. Simuni is a pleasant village with a marina where you can sit and watch the local fishing boats arrive with their daily catch. All the buildings on the island are of a style typical to this region and the campsite has used this traditional style for the campsite buildings too. The campsite has lots of facilities including a self-service restaurant on the beach where you can sample the local freshly caught seafood. There are lots of sporting activities available including windsurfing, diving, sailing and canoeing. Other facilities that the children will enjoy are beach volleyball, table tennis and mini golf.

Simuni is situated on the beautiful island of Pag and can be easily reached by a 15-minute ferry crossing from Prizna. The island of Pag is located on the Dalmatian coastline, which is renowned for its most beautiful beaches. Not only does this coastline have beautiful beaches, it is also a paradise for the fishermen amongst you. If you don't like fishing you can still sample the local catch at one of the many restaurants. The langoustines and lobsters from this region are a speciality. Other regional specialities include Pager ham and lamb. Try the locally made herb liqueur, it will make a nice present for you to take to your friends back home. Diving is also possible around the island of Pag, you will be able to discover the under water caves, shipwrecks and possibly even the lost city of Caska.
