• A nice idea for an excursion is the boat trip to from the coastal town of Bénodet inland along the river Odet to Quimper.
• In Quimper you can visit the impressive cathedral. At the end of July a Brittany music festival takes place here, a great way to discover the real Brittany culture.
• A short distance away you will find the zoo of Pont Scorff, near the city of Lorient.
