• A nice day out is a trip to Cerbère and the lighthouse at Cap Cerbère. This is the farthest point of France as the opposite side of the bay is in Spain.
• To the north of Argelès-sur-Mer you will find the lovely city of Perpignan, which is well worth a visit.
