To be able to offer everyone a pleasant holiday, having well trained staff on site is a necessity. Every year Vacansoleil selects hundreds of staff for the campsites. They help you on your arrival or work at reception, the swimming pool, the shop, the bar or the restaurant. They also play an important role in the animation team. They speak multiple languages and are ready to assist if any problems occur.
Not just everyone is enlisted for a holiday job. Vacansoleil carefully selects the staff and provides them with a good training. If you see the symbol of an employee mentioned at a campsite, there will be a Vacansoleil representative at your service during the high season. A reassuring thought.
Babies - we take extra care
This symbol denotes the campsites that offer baby packs. The pack comprises of a cot, high chair and baby bath and costs Ł3.20 per night. Availability is limited so don't forget to book your baby pack when making your reservation.
In some of the mobile homes the cot cannot be placed in the bedrooms, but there is plenty of space for it to be put in the living area. Sometimes one of the single beds can be converted into a cot. The space between the beds is not enough for a free standing cot but you can upturn one of the single beds to make space for the cot in a bedroom. Our advisors can provide any further information you require.
TV sport service at your campsite
Well you may be on a holiday, but of course you won't want to miss that important sporting event ( Wimbledon, Roland-Garros, Tour de France) . Often watching a television broadcast at the campsite is even better than back at home. Many campsites have special halls, sometimes even with extra large screens. Whether it's a football match, a cycling event or a Formula 1 race, when this pictogram is shown on your favourite campsite's page you won't have to miss a thing.

The campsite:
If you like a quiet, green atmosphere, you will really enjoy a holiday here. Around five kilometres south of the Loire you will find this comfortable four star campsite amidst a beautiful forest and surrounded by meadows. The terrain is flat, has plenty of shade plus two pleasant lakes. Families with young children will especially feel at home here. There is a good swimming pool, a play area with a water play garden and a leisure area with an indoor pool, jacuzzi and fitness classes. For a totally different experience you can try your hand at climbing the huge trees nearby under the professional guidance of experts. It's great fun!
The surrounding area:
The Sologne is a region made up of forests, vineyards and lakes along one of the most beautiful parts of the Loire valley. It is perfect for a family bicycle ride along an area of the Loire-ŕ-Véloroute. From the campsite, which is situated in the Saint Brisson forest, you can also embark on three other interesting bike routes. Do you like bridges? Make sure to visit the aquaduct near Briare where ships travelling along the Latéral canal sail over the Loire river. There is a spot nearby which gives great views. Chateaux lovers will be enthralled here too. The chateaux of Saint Brisson, Gien and Sully-sur-Loire are all within easy reach of the campsite. In Gien there's an interesting pottery museum and another portrays the power of magic.
