Pearl white beaches and a crystal clear sea.A heavenly combination that makes the Italian island of Sardinia so sublime.You can walk to the beautiful beaches of the north west coast from Camping Laguna Blu. It's just a 500m stroll to your sun lounger. The pine and eucalyptus trees that surround the campsite add a real Sardinian holiday ambiance. Sounds bellissimo, doesn't it?

Look carefully and you'll find some amazing, little secret bays. There is a lot more to see here than just the beautiful countryside. The archeological sites are also well worth a visit. So go out and explore the area! On foot, bike or even on horseback!

Some tips for your holiday at Camping Laguna Blu in Alghero

  • Alghero is often called the Barcelona of Italy. Not surprising, as this magnificent city used to be a colony of Catalonia. The Catalan culture is still very much alive here, on every street corner and town square. You can even stroll along the Ramblas here!
  • Neptunes caves are the number one atraction in this area. This group of limestone rock formations are reached by boat from Alghero harbour, or on foot, when using the rock staircase.
  • Sardinia means beaches. The campsite shuttle bus will gladly take you to the areas best beaches!
