  • When and how will I receive my login details?

    You will receive your login details by e-mail. If booking by telephone, you will receive your login data by e-mail within seven days.  If booking on our website, you will receive an e-mail within three days.

  • I have forgotten my login details. Can I request them again?

    If you forget your login details you can request for them again at www.myvacansoleil.co.uk.  Click head on the heading “forgotten your password” on the website and follow the steps.

  • When and how can I print my travel documents?

    Once logged in on www.myvacansoleil.co.uk you will see a menu on the left side of the screen.  Go to the heading “Your booking/your details” then click on “Travel documents”.

  • When can I check my booking on the website?

    If you have used My Vacansoleil before, you can check your booking details on the website within 3 days. If you are a new Vacansoleil client, your booking details will be online the moment you receive an e-mail with your login details.  If you have made a booking by telephone, you will receive an e-mail within seven working days.  If you have made a booking on our website you will receive the e-mail within three working days.

  • How will I receive theme park tickets? Will I have to pay postage?

    If you have purchased theme park tickets, these will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before the arrival date of your holiday. You will be able to print the travel documents yourself.  If you purchase theme park tickets within 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, they will be sent to you by post after payment has been made. There are no extra postage costs.

  • Can I check my payment on my webpage?

    Your webpage will show the initial payment made, the balance due and the date that this is payable.  You will not see any additional payments made after the initial payment.
