  • Is it possible to make a reservation for next year? If yes, how?

    Yes, Vacansoleil will book your chosen campsite and dates, however we will ask for £100 deposit. We will inform you when the prices have been released and then you can decide whether to confirm your booking or cancel it. If you cancel, we will refund your deposit.

  • Will I automatically receive the new Vacansoleil Camping Holidays brochure?

    If you make a booking with us, we will automatically send you a brochure the following year. You can make reservations for next year's holiday from the previous May/June.

  • Lost items

    If you have lost or left something from your holiday we advise you to call our sales team within a week of arriving back home. For the best chance of locating the item we will ask you for as many features of the object as we can, such as, the brand, product, colour, size and other specific features.

  • Where can I ask questions and give feedback regarding my holiday?

    There is a questionnaire in your travel pack which you can use to give us feedback in regards to your holiday. If this is not enough, you can always contact one of our operators who will listen to your comments.
