Vacansoleil-DCM Pro Cycling Team Following the major cycling races on the tv when you're at a campsite is always enjoyable. Going into its third season, the Vacansoleil-DCM Pro Cycling Team will be working hard yet again to improve on the excellent results of the past two years. You may have seen their attacking style during a great performance in the Tour of Britain where they finished top in the team ranking. With fresh and offensive racing, the team had great victories in (semi) classics and stage races all over the world. Watch out for more exciting races during 2011. Overnight stops It can be a long drive to some of our more southerly campsites and, for these destinations, we do recommend that you make an overnight stop. You'll arrive feeling refreshed and ready to enjoy your holiday, plus it's much safer then driving for several hours in one go. In addition to stopovers in hotels in Germany and Switzerland, Vacansoleil has hotel options in various European locations where you can enjoy a good night's sleep. The Accor hotel chain are economical, comfortable and include a secure car park. If you would like a stopover in France then Ferre hotels are a good choice. They were originally part of the Bonsai chain and are well-located throughout France. After a well-deserved rest you can carry on with your journey and arrive at your campsite fully refreshed and ready to start your holiday. We can arrange all your overnight accommodation. We also offer overnight stops at two campsites, Les 3 Lacs du Soleil in Trept, Isere and La Croix d'Arles in Bourg, Champagne. You'll only pay the nightly price plus a small fee for cleaning, even in high season. Campsite Le Chene Gris also offers the option of one night stay so why not combine this overnight stop with a short city break to Paris?	New campsites Every year an increasing number of people like to stay on a Vacansoleil campsite. We meet this demand by introducing new top class campsites to our brochure each season. We have new campsites in France (eg Corsica), Italy, Spain, Croatia, Slovenia, Germany, Austria, Belgium and Holland. Portugal is the latest Vacansoleil destination and we have several campsites in good locations and within easy reach by plane. Camping Kids	Camping Kids: new website! The new Camping Kids website is on air! At www.campingkids.co.uk children can find all kinds of activities, games, short videos and information about various countries where they can go on holiday in Europe. Also on this website is a special section for parents with information about the Camping Kids entertainment, the entertainers and the Camping Kids campsites. In the webshop you can buy Camping Kids items like a minidisco cd or a Zipp cuddly toy.
More Waikikis Our three-bedroomed Waikiki mobile home has become very popular so we have decided to increase the number of these mobile homes and offer them at even more of our campsites. New name bungalow tents The fully equipped bungalow tents have always been our lowest priced accommodation and this will continue. However, our original style tent will now be know as Navajo and our tent 2 with the wooden floor has been renamed as Ottawa. In addition to our Navajo tent, the Ottawa is even bigger. The model was introduced during the 2010 season and because of the enthusiastic reaction we have decided to offer the Ottawa at even more campsites. We have managed to keep the prices low, so that you only pay a little extra for an Ottawa tent in comparison to a Navajo, only you recieve a whole lot extra! Ottawa tent »
