The new Vacansoleil Camping Holidays tent has already proven to be a big success. It was first introduced in 2010 on a selection of our campsites as a 'tent 2'. Due to its popularity Vacansoleil have decided to offer this new style tent at more campsites. It is has been renamed the Ottawa and is being already being booked by many of our customers.
Navajo and Ottawa Ever since Vacansoleil began in 1969, the fully equipped six person bungalow tent has always been popular. It's the lowest priced accommodation, allowing many families with a limited holiday budget to enjoy all the benefits of camping at a top campsite. However, with the addition of a new style tent it has been decided to give both tents a name. After much debate the new style tent will now be known as the Ottawa and the original as a Navajo.

Flat floor, more space The main difference between both models is that the Ottawa has an adjustable wooden floor. Although the Ottawa surface is the same dimensions as the Navajo, it feels more spacious due to the upright walls and extra height. The layout is different with a good sized living area and a larger partition between the two large sleeping compartments, which can easily be transformed into four sleeping areas. All Vacansoleil tents are fully equipped for six people with a kitchen, fridge, lights, indoor and outdoor furniture and a parasol.
