Camping holidays are even more fun when there are well trained staff on hand to help and advise. Every year Vacansoleil selects hundreds of employees for the campsites. Our staff have been trained in a wide range of roles and are there to help you. They work in the reception, the swimming pool area, shop, bar or restaurant. They also play a vital role in the animation team. Our team are bi-lingual and are there to help if you have a problem. We select our team carefully and provide a high standard of training. Well trained staff

Vacansoleil has set a high standard for its personnel when it comes to training. To guarantee this high quality, Vacansoleil works with six training colleges in Holland to provide a high level training course in Leisure and Tourism middle management. This course is specially aimed at young students who are interested in a future job with Vacansoleil or a job in the leisure industry in general. It includes a high level of practical experience. After completing the course students may continue their studies with the leisure and tourism course for higher management, which is offered by the Dutch College for Tourism in cooperation with Vacansoleil. Many campsites are contributing to this course by offering trainee placements. The campsite info will show if it is a Vacansoleil educational campsite.

Vacansoleil helps many trainees from various leisure and tourism schools in our offices and at the 335 campsites we work with. Vacansoleil and its campsites are officially recognised as a certified training organisation by several Dutch authorities. In addition, Vacansoleil has been recognised in the areas of sports, well being and service. Vacansoleil and its campsites have all the necessary certification. CampingsThere are plenty of opportunities for a trainee placement on the 335 campsites. We offer varied roles including the campsite reception, animation team member, junior manager, in the bar, shop or restaurant or as a courier. A general traineeship is another option. There is a mentor for trainees at all the campsites. In addition, the Vacansoleil Camping Jobs department is at your service 24 hours a day.
