We would like to introduce you to a fun-filled entertainment programme we have at many of the campsites!  Most campsites offer excellent entertainment for children during the high season but in 2007 Vacansoleil started the Camping Kids programme. This programme is full of fresh and new ideas, which has made it popular from the start. Camping Kids offers entertainment and a wide range of activities for children of all ages.

At a campsite which features a Camping kids team, all children can join in the activities. And all children are welcome, no matter what language they speak. The entertainers in the Camping Kids teams, speak multiple languages so this shouldn't be a problem. For our smallest guests up to 8 years old, we have the Camping Kids Club. Together with the cheerful Indian Tipy and his best friend Flora the kids will experience loads of exciting adventures. They will do arts and crafts, sing, play and dance or go in search of hidden treasures, just like real Indians. Read more about Camping Kids Club For the somewhat older kids up to 12 years old, there is an exciting and varied programme too: Camping Kids MaxX. It features sports, games and shows where they themselves can be the shining stars of the evening. Read more about the Camping Kids MaxX Teenagers will not be bored, the Camping Kids team will see to that. For everyone over 12, there are loads of sports activities; tournaments in tenis, volleybal, waterpolo and much more. During the evening, they can join in or watch show. And what about the parents? Are they totally being left out? If they are looking for peace and quiet in a relaxing spot they can but they don't have to! For the parents who want to have fun too, Camping Kids has an ideal entertainment package. For example, themed shows, sports, games and quizzes. A family programme is offered at some campsites, which is great for the whole family. It includes themed games, sports tournaments, Olympics, bingo and campsite rallies. With Vacansoleil, anyone who feels like a Camping Kid can actually be a Camping Kid, no matter what your age is. On some campsites, facilities such as a gym or aerobics are available. You are welcome to watch all the activities in which your children may like to take part!

Activities

The Camping Kids Club is perfect for children up to the age of eight. They will have a great time and have many adventures with the happy Indian Tipy and his friend Flora. They will make handicrafts, sing and dance with Tipy and Flora and can also pretend to be Indians and hunt for a hidden peace pipe.Camping Kids changes its theme each week, creating a new adventure for Tipy, Flora and the children. They will have a great time and children can join in whenever they like! Most campsites offer the Camping Kids Club sessions in mornings. However, there is a Camping Kids Minidisco in the evenings where children will enjoy dancing to all the funny tunes on the Camping Kids Minidisco CD, which features songs in several languages.

Camping Kids Club

An exciting and diverse activity package has been created for older children up to the age of twelve. Camping Kids MaxX offers a wide range of sports & games, handicrafts and shows where the children can be the star of the evening. Similar to the Camping Kids Club, the Camping Kids MaxX changes its theme each week with activities developed to adapt for the children's age group. For example they will create decorations and props for their performance in the evening show. The Camping Kids equipment at the campsite is jam-packed with items for themes, sports activities, hunting games, pool games, tournaments and much more! The Camping Kids MaxX gets together in the evening to join in with the Camping Kids Minidisco.

Camping Kids Campsites

A Camping Kids team can be found at several campsites in the Vacansoleil brochure and offers many activities.

Campsites

The Camping Kids teams have been carefully selected and trained by Vacansoleil. All team members are experienced and have completed a tourism, leisure, sports or social science course. The team is managed by the Camping Kids chief entertainer. He or she have the relevant organisational skills and experience of the entertainment industry.The skills we look for are enthusiasm, past work experience with children, organisation and the execution of activities. In addition our members are bilingual, creative and ready for summer! The Camping Kids teams are trained in advance in order to give a good performance at the campsites.
