Here you will find our travel terms & conditions.
Your travel documents will be emailed to you approximately 2-3 weeks prior to your departure.
Included will be: a voucher for the campsite/ tips for your journey/useful information and the campsite satnav coordinates. You will need to print these documents and present them at the campsite reception. Failure to do this may result in a delay to your check-in. If you have booked theme park tickets these will be posted to you. Ferry tickets will be posted to you or emailed where applicable. Your documents will also include general travel advise.
In addition to the basic holiday cost you will also be charged a €75 booking fee. Local charges will be required to be paid on the campsite at check-in. These charges will range from local tourist taxes to environmental eco taxes and cleaning charges where applicable. Other fees may apply such as the Croatian registration fee and the Dutch campsite fee. These charges can vary from €0.10 to €1.00 per person per day and are payable locally on your arrival at the campsite. There may also be some additional costs and these are listed in the price grid on each campsite page. Most extra costs are paid locally. On many campsites you will be required to pay an extra refundable deposit for a bracelet or a barrier key card. Charges may apply to use some campsite facilities such as WiFi, minigolf, water boats etc.
Prices Rented Accommodations
The prices of the accommodations are prices per night. The price you pay is not dependent on the number of persons staying in the accommodation. Naturally, there’s a maximum amount of persons allowed to stay in each accommodation.
As well as the price per night, there could be possible extra costs, such as tourist tax or obligatory final cleaning. You can find these costs on the page of the campsite you have chosen. Select the ‘Accommodations’ tab on this page and click on the yellow button ‘View all information’ by the accommodation you have selected. If there are extra costs involved, you will see them listed here.
Every campsite page has a 'Prices & availability' section. Here you will find the current prices for all the accommodation types available in the period you have selected. These prices include all existing discounts, but are excluding any extra costs, such as tourist taxes.
Prices if you take your own caravan or tent
The cost of a pitch for your own caravan or tent is the amount per night for:
- a stay for 2 (adult) persons
- the space for your caravan, tent, camper van or folding trailer
- parking for your car
- use of electricity.
Staying with more than 2 persons or with a pet? Then you’ll pay extra for your pitch. You can find the relevant costs for this on the page of your chosen campsite. Choose the tab “ Prices & availability’ on this page and click on the button ‘Prices per night”. Please note: the prices depend on the age of your travelling companions. That’s why you’ll only see the exact cost of the booking after filling in the date of births of all your travelling company.
Are you allowed to put up a small extra tent on your pitch? Sometimes. If so, you will need to pay a surcharge for this on location. Please contact us for more information about the possibilities at your chosen campsite.
On most campsites there is a minimum number of consecutive nights that must be booked. Most campsites have a 2 night minimum stay, some campsites there is a 4 night minimum. We have 8 campsites that will allow just a one night stay, these campsites can be used as an overnight stop en-route to your main campsite. These campsites are Iris Parc Le Chene Gris, La Croix d'Arles, Feddet Les 3 Lacs du Soleil, Village Jolly, Village Firenze and Roma Camping Village. Camping Ossiacher See can be booked as an overnight stay but only during low season.
Once you have made a booking you will be required to pay a deposit. You can pay by debit or credit card (credit cards payments incur a 2% surcharge) or bank transfer. Your holiday balance is due 10 weeks before your departure date. If you book within 10 weeks of your departure date payment in full is required. Failure to pay your balance on time may result in the cancellation of your booking with loss of all monies paid.
