Camping Ježevac Premium Resort

Wow. The terraced campsite Ježevac Premium Resort is a real beach paradise. You have a great view of the sea. You can smell the sea. And you feel the sea when you run into the water on your water shoes. At the campsite itself, you are surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. The cool swimming pool with water slide shines in the Croatian sun amongst all those pine trees. Beach lovers, water enthusiasts and sun worshipers pay attention: this summer Ježevac Premium Resort will be your favourite spot!

  • Ježevac Premium Resort is a family paradise by the sea. From the well shaded campsite you have a great view of that clear sea water. Just like from the terrace of the camping grill restaurant. Unwinding is easy here. Especially with a lovely fruity cocktail from the bar on the beach, while the kids frolic next to the beach in that large playground with pirate boat.
  • The pebble beach at the campsite has been awarded the Blue Flag. What does that mean? That you can swim safely in clean water and that there are plenty of facilities on the beach, including restaurants and toilets.
  • After all that relaxing, it's time for action! Swim laps in the sea or pool. Start your day with some morning exercise or a yoga class. Do a full body workout in the gym. Race the kids on the water slide. Or play a game of badminton or football.
  • Kayaking or stand-up paddling (paddle boarding)? Yes, you can do that here too. There are countless water sports options for all ages. In addition, there is animation throughout the day for both children and adults.
  • The little ones will have a great time. In the play pirate boat on the beach, the kids club and the water park with play equipment, water slide and water sprinklers.
  • Teenagers make new holiday friends in the teen lounge with video games and table football. After which they all come together at the beach party, disco or open air cinema.
  • Feel like becoming completely zen? The wellness area of the campsite is open (for a fee). Drop into the sauna. Take a massage or opt for a facial or pedicure. And then float about in that sleek infinity pool.
  • The best thing about camping Ježevac Premium Resort is, of course, its location right by the sea. Also ideal: you are super close to the historical centre of the town of Krk. After just a five minute walk you'll be strolling along the Roman city walls and old defense towers.
  • Order your meals or groceries online with the handy Valfresco Direkt service and have these delivered direct to your pitch or accommodation.

The surrounding of Camping Ježevac Premium Resort

Camping Ježevac Premium Resort is located on the large Croatian island of Krk. You pronounce that as a ku-rek, but say it very quickly. The island is just as easy to reach as mainland Croatia. You can fly there (Rijeka airport) or drive over a bridge to get there! On the island you'll be surrounded by the beauty of Krk. Numerous plant species grow in the lush green east. While in the rugged west you will find a white rocky landscape, created by the wind and salty sea. From this campsite, in the middle of Krk, you can easily discover both parts of the island.

Some tips for your holiday at Camping Ježevac Premium Resort in Krk

  • Stroll to the beach near the campsite. For this day out in paradise, bring your sunscreen, water shoes and a snorkel set. The sea water here is incredibly clear.
  • The town of Krk is also within walking distance of your campsite. You'll be there in just five minutes on foot. Admire the Roman ruins, the cathedral with white tower and the Frankopan castle. Your camera will soon be full of lovely holiday snaps. Then relax on one of those tempting terraces. Wine tip: delicious wine from the Zlahtina grape that grows on the island of Krk.
  • Take a boat trip around the island of Plavnik and pay attention on the way, as there is a good chance that you will spot dolphins here!
  • Very close: the town of Punat with a child-friendly beach and a unique diving experience: you can dive down to the seabed to see starfish, crabs and fish, in antique diving equipment with a large convex helmet .
  • Travel from Punat by boat to the island of Košljun. The main attraction here is the old monastery from 1480. Be quiet and dress neatly ... because the monastery is still inhabited by Franciscan monks.
  • Visit Vrbnik. This photogenic village houses the narrowest street in the world. It's just 40 centimeters wide. A real discovery for the kids who are one of the few people who can sqeeze through it. In the surrounding alleys - which are wider but just as cozy - you will find lots of shops that sell their own wine. Including the local Zlahtina grape.
  • Cool off in… the Krk caves. Like the Biserujka cave full of stalagmites and stalactites.
  • A little further away, but according to everyone absolutely worth a visit are the Plitvice lakes. Even children grow silent in this national park, in awe of the thundering waterfalls and turquoise lakes. Pack your walking shoes and any baby carrier for your kids; so you can really enjoy this world-famous natural beauty spot.
