Camping Bonne Anse Plage is a lively campsite in La Palmyre. Kids love their daily dose of kids club, playground, bouncy castle and toddlers pool. Teens whizz down the large waterslides and take part in thrilling sports activities. What lies in store for you at Camping Bonne Anse Plage? A delightful swimming pool and beautiful surrounding area, with quiet beaches, dunes, lots of bike paths and gorgeous countryside!

  • There is so much to do at Camping Bonne Anse Plage. Exciting archery competitions. Relaxing days on the beach. Fun on the midget golf course. Or a delightful bike ride. Just take your pick!
  • The aquatic paradise here has a heated pool, a second pool, a heated toddler’s pool and 3 large waterslides. Splash to your hearts content!
  • Bonne Anse Plage is right on Anse bay. Just a few minutes cycling and you’ll feel the sand between your toes!
  • Life is very comfy at this campsite. Enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar and buy your groceries at the campsite shop. Feeling sporty? Visit our indoor and outdoor gym, with a great view of the sea. Or use our excellent beach volleyball field or multi-sports area.
  • Feel like some adventure? Bonne Anse Plage has its own archery course and climbing wall. There’s also a climbing wood, paintball course and surfing school close by. Daredevils launch themselves into the water at the water jump.
  • Kids from the age of 1 can join in the fun at Bubbles Club. 5 tot 9 year old’s go on adventures at the Pirates club. The Teens? They have a blast at the barracuda club with sports, games and theatre.

Some tips for your holiday at Camping Bonne Anse Plage in La Palmyre

  • Biking is the way to move around here. So bring you bicycles on holiday with you or hire them from the campsite. Go on a delightful trip to La Palmyre or Saint-Palais-sur-Mer.
  • Use the special bike path to get to the beach. Plage du Vieux Phare and Plage de la Coubre are just 3km away. The waves of the Atlantic Ocean roll gently onto the beach. Build a sand castle? Good idea! There’s plenty of space. It’s a great spot here, in between the dunes!
  • Visit the old seaside resort of Royan, a delightful town by the sea with a promenade and lots of shops. Take the kids to dinosaur park Planet Exotica or go on a boat trip. Admire the Notre-Dame church in Royan. The tree top adventure park Coolongalook in Royan or the carting track are great places for teenagers!
  • It’s just an 8 minute drive to La Palmyre Zoo. You’ll come face to face with tigers, Rinos, giraffes, seals, monkeys, polar bears, reptiles, penguins, parrots and many other species. Your kids will love it here!
  • In just 1 hour you’ll be on the island of Ile d’Oleron. Check out Fort Louvois, la citadelle du Château d’Oléron and Fort Boyard, and round off that perfect day with a couple hours of relaxation on the beach.
  • The region’s capital, La Rochelle, is an absolute must see, with its historical buildings, shade filled streets, market with fresh local produce, little harbours, restaurants, a bridge to the Island Ile de Re and an aquarium with Nemo-fishes. The best way to explore this town? Hire bikes or Rosalies. ( 2-6 persons personal go kart bikes.)
