Camping Delle Rose

Are you a nature lover? At the family campsite Delle Rose you’ll be holidaying in the green foothills of the Mediterranean Alps. You’re surrounded by lush green trees and endless pink, violet and orange flowers. From the pool, which is the heart of the campsite, you can see across the peaks of the Monte Torragio. So lay back and unwind, while your kids splash about in the water.

Also nice: You’ll be by the crystal clear sea in no time at all.

    Some tips for your holiday at Camping Delle Rose in Isolabona

    • Explore the medieval village of Isolabona. Wander down there through the fairytale woodland path called 'Cupeira' in just 45 minutes. Along the way you’ll have magnificent views of the valley.. can you see the ruins of the castle yet? Then you’re in Isolabona!
    • There are lots of charming little villages close by. Pigna, Dolceaqua and Apricale are the most beautiful.The little coloured houses that hug the mountains are picture perfect.. Amble through the small alleys with stairs and tunnels. Day dream by the bubbling river.
    • Fancy eating out? You’ll be at your table in the neighbouring town in just 10 minutes. The food is great everywhere.
    • Get a tan on the sandy or pebbled beaches of the Mediterranean sea. At Ventimiglia, for example (15km). Or Bordighera where the beach has been awarded a blue Flag due to its clean water. Or in Menton just across the border in France. You’ll find a sandy beach there, ideal for kids.
    • Parade on the boulevard in San Remo. There’s a seaside resort with casino, market hall and lots of boutiques in the old part of ‘La Pigna’. You’ll find the ‘abandoned village of Bussana Vecchia a little further away. The villagers left this village after an earth quake over 100 years ago. Only a few cute little buildings remain.
    • Wow. Look at that waterfall in Rocchetta Nervina. Jump in that turquoise water. You’ll find even more natural beauty in the Hanbury gardens in Latte, full of gigantic cacti and other exotic plants.
    • Fancy a day out in the city? You’ll be in the micro-state of Monaco and the gorgeous city of Nice in just 1 hour!
    • There’s perfect hiking and biking here too. Castel Vittorio is the place for hiking. Enjoy the tranquility there and the view of the green hills. For a unique mountain bike tour follow the former railway line in Ospedaletti via San Remo to San Lorenzo al Mare. The flat bike path runs right along the coast. It’s beautiful.
