Specific interest shown to continue Vacansoleil
The process of restarting Vacansoleil is going expeditiously. Serious offers have now been received by the curators. The goal of curators Ben Arends and Lodewijk Hox is to quickly sell Vacansoleil to a new owner and thus provide the company and its employees with a new future.
There is substantive interest shown in Vacansoleil this week. Interested parties were given insight into the company's core data and finances. “After inspecting the books, the interest has really become concrete,” says curator Lodewijk Hox. “From the bids that have now been received, we conclude that various parties have serious plans for this company. Not surprising, because it simply says a very nice company with a large sales market and a very clear vision on camping holidays.”
The curators will continue discussions with the various parties in the coming days. Hox: “Our goal now is to achieve a quick transaction, taking into account the interests of the campsites, employees and creditors.
