- Whatever you want from a city, Antwerp has it. Culture, history, fashion, shops, beautiful buildings and an untamable atmosphere. From the old castle/visitor centre Het Steen to the hip urban port area, from the fashion districts to famous square De Grote Markt; Antwerp is buzzing. By car you are there within half an hour. For a smooth journey without parking problems, you can also board the train in Lille.
- A few kilometers from the campsite you come across a big bump in the landscape. This is the Kempense Heuvelrug, a high-lying nature reserve with forests and sand dunes. Be careful though; The Sleeping Giant is taking a nap in the sand here. Who sees him first?
- For fans of exciting roller coasters: Bobbejaanland amusement park is only 10 kilometers away. If you have good ears, you can hear the screams in the distance.
