Some tips for your holiday at Camping Zilverstrand in Mol

    • In addition to the swimming pond at the holiday park, the Zilvermeer, located around the corner, is an attraction. An expansive snow-white carpet of sand around the water, fountains and slides, an exciting adventure playground, cozy buzzing terraces; what else do you want?
    • Visit Postel Abbey and see how the followers of Saint Norbert have lived in this impressive building since 1140. In the beautifully maintained garden, you stand between giant American oaks and bird cherries. Finish your visit at the stall opposite the abbey. Nothing beats a large cone of Flemish fries.
    • Spend a day in the trendy city of Hasselt. Stroll through the shopping streets, relax in the Japanese garden, taste a real Hasselt jenever (gin), admire the street art projects and discover the artistic heart of the city in numerous museums.
    • Are the children in charge of the day program? Brace yourself for an exciting day at Bobbejaanland themepark in Kasterlee!
    • Is cycling your thing? Rent a bicycle and follow one of the mapped-out routes through the Kempenland. Before you know it, you will cross the Dutch border. Here, you’re close to North Brabant.
    • Visit the Sunday animal market in Mol, popularly called the ‘konijnenmarkt’. Every Sunday, professional traders conquer many (children's) hearts with a cute bunch of animals. Poultry, rodents, birds, fish. This market has been a tradition for over 135 years.
