Welcome to the Olympia, a small campsite in the Ardennes. Filled with lawns, trees, sturdy safari tents and a nice playground for the kids. For your private view enjoy the wooded hills of the Ardennes. There you will experience the greatest outdoor adventures ever. Kids love the enthusiastic entertainment. Some tips for your holiday at Camping Olympia in Remouchamps

  • After just a 20 minute drive you'll be in the Plopsa Coo amusement park. Walk across monkey island, race down the mountain with the 600 metre long bobsleigh and enjoy the view of the Ardennes while in the cable car or high up in the Mega Mindy Flyer. It's a great park for young kids.
  • Another great trip for children: safari park Monde Sauvage, just 7 minutes away by car. Spot the big 5 whilst in a train or from the comfort of your own car. Then take a look around the jungle and on lemur island.
  • Liège is fun! And the best part is that this well-known trading city is only 27 kilometres from the Olympia campsite. You'll be there within 25 minutes by car. Must-do's in Liège? Admire the Saint Paul's Cathedral. Exercise your legs as you climb the 374 steps of the Montagne de Bueren in the middle of the city. And relax with an ice cream or Liège waffle in Parc de la Boverie. Another nice spot in this city: the Sunday market.
  • Pack your hiking boots for the Ninglinspo walking trail that goes along the Ninglinspo mountain river. Stroll through the valley over forest paths and bridges, past waterfalls and beautiful vantage points. The route is 6 kilometres long and suitable for children from the age of 6 years old. There is also a shorter route of around 2.5 kilometres.
  • A tranquil walk in the High Fens is also recommended.
  • When in the Ardennes, climbing, ziplining and abseiling is a must! Experience all this, under the guidance of experienced professionals. in the Olympus campsite's very own Carriënta outdoor dome.This former quarry has been converted into a climbing and climbing paradise.
  • Camping Olympia also organizes more activities in the area. Such as canoe trips and a GPS, photo tracking or ATB tour. Alternatively do some archery back at the campsite
  • Want to cool down and feast your eyes on the majesty of the famous caves? The caves of Remouchamps are 2 kilometres away and the fabulous caves of Combalin-au-Pont are slightly further away (15km). Tip for after your cave trip: relax at a terraced bar in Aywaille.It's on the way!
  • Travel to the town of Spa for a stroll through the historic centre with its cozy terraced bars. Order a Spa mineral water or a delicious Belgian beer. Then take the funicular to the top of the hill for a splash about in the thermal baths or enjoy a drink up by the bar at the thermal springs.
