We will refund you the difference. In this case, send an e-mail to the following addres: aftersales@vacansoleil.com with the price of the other brand, and your Vacansoleil reservation number. Of course, it must be exactly the same stay: same campsite, same accommodation, and the same arrival and departure dates.

For example, taking into account last minute offers and temporary discounts. The Best Price Guarantee applies only if the same stay is cheaper at another brand within 24 hours of your booking.

The Best Price Guarantee applies only for the rental price, and not for the costs related to the reservation, the chosen options, or other additional charges.
