    Some tips for your holiday at Camping Chênefleur in Tintigny

    • Adventurous? The campsite is your springboard to countless outdoor experiences. Abseiling, ziplining, tree climbing, mountain biking, kayaking, archery. The Gaume region offers you a complete range of activities.
    • Zoom in on the map and see how the Semois winds its way through the landscape. A canoe trip is a must. Paddle through the idyllic forest and past the rocks at Chiny. Small rapids make your trip extra fun.
    • Visit charming villages nearby. Our tips: Florenville (cosy terraces), Chassepierre (an unadulterated picturesque pearl) and Torgny (one of the most beautiful villages in the southernmost point of Belgium).
    • Great hiking area as well. Follow one of the marked trails or explore the forest on your own. Cyclists can also spin their wheels. Set out your own Ardennes stage via the node network. You can rent bicycles at reception.
    • Exciting and dark: the slate quarry at Domaine de la Morépire in Bertrix. Descend into the depths of the Ardennes and learn all about the rock that is so characteristic of this region.
    • Is fishing your hobby? This region is bursting with fishing opportunities. For fly fishing too. Inquire about the necessary permits.
    • Visit the Abbey of Orval, the citadel of Montmedy and the castles of Herbeumont, Trapperie and Petit-Somme. History drips from the facades.
    • Cross the border to France and end up in the rustic village of Avioth. The eye-catcher is the beautiful basilica that is located on the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela.
    • The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is also just around the corner. Spend a day in Luxembourg City, the unique capital divided in two by a ravine.
