    Some tips for your holiday at Camping Istra Premium Resort in Funtana

    • Want to hear your children shouting with joy? Then treat them to a day at the Dino park in Funtana (2 km). Here they can see life-size dinosaurs, experience spectacular shows and feast on dinosaur nuggets in the McDino. Fun for everyone.
    • Feel like a thrilling time with wave pools and giant slides? Then head for Aquacolours, the largest water amusement park in Istria. if the kids are happy, then you're happy too. It's nice and close by, in Poreč (7 km).
    • Poreč (7 km) flirts with the best of both worlds: historical highlights and a vibrant nightlife. The Euphrasian Basilica and the medieval city walls take you back in time, but the terraced bars and discos are completely contemporary.
    • Nearby Vrsar (5 km) is such a romantic harbour town that even the famous Italian writer / heartthrob Casanova fell in love with it. Now it's your turn to be enchanted. Take the time to lose yourselves in the narrow ancient alleys and marvel at the jet set yachts in the harbour.
    • Want to explore the interior? Then head for Motovun, a gem of a wine town up in the surrounding rolling hills. Must do: take a look (and a taste) at the local Fakin vineyard. This is where true prize winning wines come from.
    • Then drive on to Grožnjan, a very pleasant artists village full of galleries and creative experiences. Music can be heard on every street corner. The summer jazz festival there is world famous.
    • Pula is the largest city on the Istrian peninsula. The Romans were in charge here once. You can see that in the famous amphitheater that resembles the Colosseum. Now days gladiator fights are re-enacted. Is shopping more your thing? Then indulge yourself in the beautiful old part of town.
