Some tips for your holiday at Camping Stella Maris Resort in Umag
- The historic town of Umag is within walking distance. Stroll through another time, admire the city tower and sit on the promenade by the sea at a plate of fresh seafood. You can also enjoy a drink on a terrace in the evening.
- You like wine? Head for the beautiful Kabola Vineyard in Momjan, twenty minutes away. Take the tour and don't miss the tasting. With this view, the wine tastes even rounder and fuller.
- A day trip to Slovenia, you are very close. The medieval town of Piran - with the best preserved historic center on the Adriatic Sea - is a must. Take a seat by the water for a tasty lunch. With a bit of luck you will spot dolphins - they often swim along the coast here.
- Hot day ahead? The perfect moment for a visit to Oprtalj and the cooling Butori waterfalls. Pack a picnic along the way as you pass the Arđila River.
- Combine culture with delicious food in Poreč, 30 kilometers south of the campsite. Take in the 6th-century Euphrasius Basilica and then plunge into the Burgundian streets.
