Description of the campsite
Camping du Lac d'Aydat*** is located in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Park, at an altitude of 850m, on the edge of Lake Aydat. It benefits from a privileged environment over an area of 10ha and offers semi-shaded pitches. The campsite is built on a lava flow (the Cheires), creating a dam on the Veyre and thus the largest natural lake in Auvergne.
For your family holidays, the campsite offers many activities on site: mini-golf - children's playground - volleyball/badminton court - pétanque - table tennis - tournaments - welcome drinks on Sundays. .
In July and August, a Mini Children's Club will delight the little ones and evening family entertainment will delight the whole family.
Near the campsite :
- Campsite on the edge of the lake, direct access from the campsite, supervised swimming beach 800M away
- Nautical center with sailing school: initiation or sailing course, optimist, catamarans, dinghies, pedal boat rental, boats...
