- From the campground, you'll take beautiful bike tours. Cycle or walk through the Coubre forest and, as a highlight, climb the Coubre lighthouse. Here you can look out for miles over the wooded countryside and the ocean.
- Drive 8 minutes to La Palmyre Zoo and see tigers, sea lions and polar bears and more special animal species.
- Visit the seaside town of Royan. Walk along the promenade and wander into small shops. Go back to prehistoric times and take the kids to Planet Exotica dinosaur park.
- Within an hour you’re on the island of Ile d'Oleron. Check out Fort Louvois, la citadelle du Château d'Oléron and Fort Boyard. End the day on one of the golden beaches the island is known for.
