Why Camping Le Logis?
- Beauty of a water park with lovely sunbathing terrace
- Cosy camping in hilly woods
- Must do: explore the wonderful coastline of the Côte Sauvage
Camping Le Logis is located in a large pine forest, close to the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. The terrain is hilly and nicely set out.
The Gironde river ends in a wooded peninsula. This area is called the Côte Sauvage and belongs to one of the most beautiful coastlines of France. Dense woods and idyllic beaches give you the feeling of being on a tropical island.
"Spacious campsite with a good swimming pool set in the middle of a large pine forest. Children will love it here. Take a lovely stroll along the Royan boulevard."

The campsite is fantastic for families with teenagers and young adults, as we have, the entertainment programme and activities in the area suit this age group. It is close to amazing beaches with lifeguards, extensive cycling routes and a lively small town complete with a nightclub. There are two supermarkets close by and one of them hires out very new bicycles for only seven euros for half a day. We had a great family holiday here for a second year and our children were very happy, always a bonus!
Beautiful beaches, amazing cycling path network, abundant wildlife in the surrounding forests

A vastly improved campsite having stayed there the last 4 years. A great swimming pool with a weekly pool party at night in the summer months and a great entertainment team for all ages. The site is situated in beautiful woodland near sandy beaches and near an unspoilt local town offering superb restaurants and evening entertainment and artisan markets. A perfect place for a perfect family holiday! We’ll be going back next year!
Platain Beach is great for rock pooling and exploring. Visit the beautiful Roman town of Saintes with its Roman Amphitheatre. Book in advance to eat at Chez Bob (in St. Palais Sue Mer).
