Camping Les Péneyrals

Camping Les Péneyrals is a 5 star family campsite set in a green oasis by the village of Saint-Crépin-en-Carlucet. It’s just 10km from the beautiful medieval town of Sarlat and the perfect base from which to enjoy the stunning scenery of the Dordogne. With a huge water park and playground it’s a kid’s paradise, but the enthusiastic entertainment team make sure everyone has the time of their lives!

  • Feel like a refreshing dip? There’s 1200m2 of aquatic heaven here. Whizz down thrilling water slides, dive into the outdoor and indoor heated pools or just relax on the water jet massage bench. The little ones have their own water paradise and a special water playground!
  • The kids still full of energy? Show them the large outdoor playground and the fantastic Koolaya Land Island with large inflatable bouncy castles!
  • Fancy doing some sports? Take your pick from football, tennis, swimming, fitness, badminton, beach volleyball, basketball or archery. Looking for a slower pace? Then there’s midget golf, a giant chess board and Pétanque.
  • Want to explore the surroundings with all the family? Hire some bikes at the campsite and head off for a leisurely ride into the beautiful countryside.
  • With a kids club, juniors club, teens club and an enthusiastic animation team that do the evening shows, there’s more than enough entertainment for everyone here!

    Great campsite and lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Great location. Perfect for exploring some of the best sites and experiences in the Dordogne. Waikiki accommodation was perfect. Kayaking on the river was a real highlight. Thoroughly recommended.

    Bike Hire on the Route Vert, quiet mostly traffic free .Visit to Sarlat well worth it!

  • A must see for lovers of prehistoric art. The caves of Lascaux near Montignac (20 km). Over 600 incredible wall paintings show what life was like in an ancient cave.
  • Does a slice of culture with some amazing food sound enticing? Visit Sarlat-la-Canéda (10km), one of France’s most marvelous medieval towns. Wander the beautiful, ancient streets and admire the cathedral on place du Peyrou.Then sit down at a restaurant for the local specialty, tasty duck breast!
