- The drive to Geneva is a spectacular one and the road leads through the wonderful Parc Régional du Haute Jura.This is where rivers begin as large waterfalls and then mysteriously disappear into the underground world.
- Clairvaux is a tourist village at the lake and has a pleasant market and nice terraces. Try a glass of Cremant du Jura, the lovely sparkling wine of the region.
