Les Fontaines is a lovely site with great pools that never got too busy. All staff were friendly and happy, and the surrounding area has loads of activities and services. A beautiful setting in the mountains.
Area tip Lovely walk up to the Oratoire at Entrevernes, great cafes, boulangeries and restaurants in local villages

The location of the campsite was fabulous. Staff very friendly. The main restaurant and shop good. Main public area tight for space to view the music entertainment.
Area tip Enjoy the fabulous cycle trails, Zip wires at Talloires great for kids and adults. Take the chair lift at Sambuy for a great day out.

Some tips for your holiday at Camping Les Fontaines in Lathuile
- Daredevils try their hand at paragliding. Want something a little less thrilling? Simply watch others take to the skies. Then wander down to the lovely village of La Clusaz of Talloires.
- Just 17 km away lies the must see city of Annecy, also known as the ‘Venice of the Alps’. Stroll along the banks of the river Thiou and the Pont des Amours. Enjoy an ice cream in the welcoming Jardin de l’Europe and admire the Palais de l’Isle and Saint-Pierre cathedral.
- Drive 20 minutes to see a truly magical place. The caves and waterfall at Seythenex. It’s fun for all ages. Are you brave enough to ride the cable car above the lush green countryside?
- Spend a day in Sambuy. Take the chair lift up to1850 metres and walk to Le Petite Sambuy. Wow, what a view of Mont Blanc! The kids will love the toboggan-ride back down to the bottom.
- Has that day lounging by the pool completely revived you? Then spend the next day in a more sporty way and cycle around the lake. You can hire bikes next door to the campsite!.
- Or go on a hike with the whole family! There are special routes through the woods that take 1.5 or 2 hours. You’ll see some fabulous sights. The highlight of the day is the 35 metre high waterfall at Angon. There are also longer routes for more experienced hikers.
- Take a boat trip across the crystal clear waters of Lake Annecy and enjoy a drink or a meal onboard. You can get more information on this at your campsite reception!
