La Sirène and L'Hippocampe; the combi-park made up of these two well-known and popular campsites is only separated by a road and has a superb beach just 1km away. The mobile homes are on the La Sirène part and this is also where most of the facilities are to be found.

Argelès-sur-Mer used to be located by the sea but, due to peat formation, it is now to be found about 1km inland. A new resort, Argelès-Plage, has delevoped on the coast. Both towns have their own centre with shops, bars and restaurants however they almost meet up. So, on your way to the beach you'll find plenty of activity.

Had a wonderful time in La Sirene. Accommodation was perfect for the 6 of us. Entertainment was very good. Pools & slides were excellent. Lots of eating options. Lovely bike ride to the beach & Argeles sur Mer. Would highly recommend.
Area tip Argelès sur Mer.. Fab beach & lots of places to eat, Beach water is crystal clear, access to campsite across the road for more activities
