Some tips for your holiday at Camping Les Sables du Midi in Valras-Plage
- Valras is located by the Orb river. Les Orpellières is situated on the left riverbank, a protected nature reserve with grassy dunes where you go on beautiful walks while experiencing the sea in a completely different way.
- Fancy a few hours full of culture? Visit the beautiful city of Béziers. After a walk through the old town, you have earned a glass of wine. Pick a cafe to sit down at!
- Do you like Béziers? Then Narbonne will appeal to you too. The first Roman city of ancient Gaul is still a bustling place to be. 15 kilometers outside the city, the Abbey of Fontfroide with its 2500 rose bushes, is a must-see as well.
- Party time for the kids: Europark Vias-Plage! This permanent evening fair is every kid's cotton candy dream. From carousels to roller coasters, from a Ferris wheel to steam trains. The admission is free and only for the attraction you pay a certain amount.
- Aqualand Agde, the famous water amusement park in Cap d'Agde. Put on your swimsuit and try out the craziest slides!
- Palais de la Maquette in Valras-Plage is a fun toy museum. You will immediately feel like a child again yourself.
- Also recommended for the whole family: ‘a trip to Africa’ in the wildlife reserve of Sigean and a ‘journey to the Middle Ages’ in the beautiful castle city of Carcassonne. You will all have a blast!
