Some tips for your holiday at Camping Les Cantarelles in Alrance

    • After a 20-kilometre drive, park your car at Brousse-le-Château. Walk across the Gothic bridge over the Alrance and dive into the medieval village. The stone cottages are richly decorated with flowers. Next stop? The castle of Brousse. You can find the necessary cooling by paddling in the river Tarn.
    • Rodez is located 40 kilometres away. Stroll through the historic centre, past the cathedral and explore the winding paths in the city's parks.

    • From medieval charm, step forward in time again. Viaduc de Millau is one of the largest bridges in the world and is located 45 minutes from the campsite. Along this architectural masterpiece you’ll find a car park with a phenomenal view of the bridge.

    • Get to know the local gastronomy. On the terraces in the nearby villages, order cheeses such as le Bleu des Causses, Aligot and Roquefort- which is made in local caves. Enjoy a charcuterie with ham and (dried) sausage. And be sure to order la Truffade.
