Some tips for your holiday at Camping La Dune Blanche in Camiers
- This coastline is called Cote d'Opale (Opal Coast), named after the precious jewel. Opals are not cheap and stand for everlasting love, so ......
- Be impressed by the huge difference between high and low tide. At low tide the beach is super wide, but be careful to be back in good time or your towel could be washed away by the incoming sea.
- On a clear day you can see the while cliffs of Dover. However the French cliffs od Cap Gris-Nez and Cap Blanc-Nez are just as famous. This is where huge radar towers are situated so they can lead the ships safely through the narrow English Channel.
- Boulogne-sur-Mer is a delightful seaside town with old Roman remains and a Sea Centre with large aquarums. Children will love these!
