Some tips for your holiday at Camping La Vallée Heureuse in Orgon
- The landscape here? Rugged limestone cliffs, forests and fertile valleys. Plus lots of beautiful villages that once inspired the famous painter Vincent van Gogh.
- Saint-Remy-de-Provence is one such village. Van Gogh made over 300 paintings here in 1888 and 1889. Be inspired yourself by the beautiful surroundings, and by the charm of the village as you stroll down the medieval cobblestoned streets.
- Another dream village is Les-Baux-de-Provence, set high on the rocks. The view is phenomenal. The sturdy castle is illuminated at night, a mysterious sight among the rocks.
