Description of the campsite
Located in Pont-sur-Yonne, on the banks of the Yonne River and close to the town of Sens, Camping l'Île d'Amour welcomes guests from April 1st to November 1st in a calm and green environment.
The campsite offers 158 pitches spread across nearly 4 hectares, within walking distance of the SNCF train station, shops, supermarkets and the weekly Sunday market of Pont-sur-Yonne.
Located directly along the V55 cycle route and close to several fishing lakes, the campsite is an ideal stop for cyclists, nature lovers, anglers and visitors looking for a relaxing stay close to Paris.
Mobile homes and camping pitches provide a simple and peaceful setting by the water, in northern Burgundy.
Camping l'Île d'Amour offers simple and practical facilities for a relaxing stay on the banks of the Yonne River.
On site or nearby, guests can enjoy:
• a children's playground
• table tennis tables
• municipal tennis courts next to the campsite
• the V55 cycle route running alongside the campsite
• fishing lakes and access to the Yonne River
• a snack bar / food truck depending on the season

Near the campsite, guests can discover the town of Sens and its cathedral, charming Burgundian villages, the banks of the Yonne River and the famous Basilica of Vézelay, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Yonne region is also well known for its vineyards, local markets, gastronomy and numerous hiking and cycling routes.
Camping l'Île d'Amour is located in Pont-sur-Yonne, in northern Burgundy, close to Sens and easily accessible from Paris.
Pont-sur-Yonne SNCF train station is located about a 10-minute walk from the campsite and provides direct access to Paris in approximately 56 minutes by train.
The campsite can also be easily reached by car via the A5 and A19 motorways.
Located on the banks of the Yonne River and directly along the V55 cycle route, the campsite is a convenient stop for cyclists, motorhome travellers and visitors looking for a nature getaway close to Paris.
