Description of the campsite
In the heart of the Oisans region, at an altitude of 700 m, in the grounds of an old stone mansion surrounded by century-old trees, Le Château de Rochetaillée campsite makes every effort to offer you and your children quality services and facilities. We invite you to share special moments with your family, combining tradition, well-being, wide open spaces and freedom. The campsite is set in 3 hectares of wooded grounds around a freestone manor house built in the 19th century. Our restaurant is located in the old vaulted cellars and offers local specialities as well as a rich and copious menu.
Camping Le Château de Rochetaillée offers comprehensive facilities for the whole family: heated swimming pool, wellness area, playground, gym and multi-sports grounds. In summer, enjoy a programme of friendly entertainment, sporting activities and practical services for a stay combining comfort, relaxation and the great outdoors.
There are loads of activities to enjoy around Le Château de Rochetaillée Campsite, like hiking, mountain biking, climbing, white water sports, and mountain walks. Check out the must-see spots in Oisans, like Alpe d'Huez, Les Deux Alpes, and Écrins National Park, not to mention the quaint villages and high-altitude lakes that give the region its charm.
Accessible from Geneva, Lyon and Valence by motorway, the Grenoble region is served by numerous means of transport: airport, train, etc.
From Grenoble, head towards Briançon as far as Rochetaillée (7 km before Bourg-d'Oisans), then turn left towards Allemont and then left again 100 m further on.
