Located in the heart of the Gaillacois vineyard, on the tourist road of the Bastides, the campsite Le Chêne Vert welcomes you in a friendly atmosphere, close to the Grésigne forest and just 30 kilometers from Albi. This peaceful and green setting is ideal for lovers of nature, heritage and terroir.
The campsite has an outdoor swimming pool, a paddling pool, water slides and a children's playground with trampolines, inflatable games, table tennis, baby football, slides and adapted structures.
An animation room, a TV lounge, a library and a billiard complement the leisure facilities. Petanque tournaments, volleyball games and entertainment for young and old are regularly held in high season. A lively meal is offered every week, as is a tasting of local products with a local wine grower.
On site you will find a convenience store, a bread and pastries depot, a bar-restaurant, a snack, ice cream, and a group barbecue. The campsite also offers a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, table and iron. WiFi access is free in the dedicated area.
Children are welcomed free of charge at the children's club (6-12 years old) in the high season. Various activities are planned for them in the morning, and for teenagers in the afternoon. Festive evenings, shows and concerts punctuate the week for the whole family.
In the immediate vicinity you will enjoy the leisure base Vère Gresigne (300 m away) with beach, sailing, tennis, mini golf and a fishing lake. Hikers and cyclists can explore marked trails in the forest massif. Canoeing, horse riding, climbing, paintball or golf are also accessible within a few kilometres.
The campsite has pitches for tents, caravans and campers, as well as various rentals. It accepts animals, except first class dogs. The reception is in French, English and Spanish. Health facilities are comprehensive and family-friendly, and the site is partially accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The Green Oak is an ideal starting point to explore the Albige Bastides, the gorges of Aveyron, or simply to relax in a preserved natural environment, at the rhythm of the South West.
