Camping Mar y Sierra

This is the spot for the real Italy lover. Camping Mar y Sierra is a small terraced campsite in the authentic Le Marche region, just 15 minutes from the beaches of the Adriatic coast. The countryside is very similar to Tuscany, but looks even more beautiful. Stay in an adventurous Kalahari safari tent and La Vita will be even sweeter than it already is!

  • Welcome to the unspoiled, authentic part of Italy. The countryside here will take your breath away. Le Marche borders Tuscany, Umbria and the Adriatic coast. There's something here for everyone!
  • The campsite is small and pleasant. With lots of shade and an amazing view across the valley. The surrounding countryside is a fabulous, rolling, green patchwork filled with the picturesque places of Gradara, Fano and Urbino. The sea glistens seductively in the distance.
  • Our Kalahari safari tents are adventurous and very stylish. These are delightfully, luxurious tents on a large wooden platform. Just picture yourself on the veranda, relaxing with a tasty glass of grappa.
  • Need to cool off? Do laps in the pool or splash about with your kids in the toddler’s pool. Alternatively pack your beach towels in your car and rock down to the sea. The soft, sandy beach at Torrette di Fano is just 15 minutes away!
  • The kids have plenty of space to play here, at this car free campsite. With a playground and lots of fun in the water.
  • In the evenings you'll be really spoiled in the popular campsite restaurant, that serves traditional regional dishes from Le Marche. The view from the terrace is incredible, making your meal twice as pleasant.

Lovely quiet countryside site. The Safari tents were great, very clean and well maintained. Very good value for money. Restaurant has delicious food. The pool is small but lovely, a great place to cool off in the heat. The mosquitoes are a problem, especially if you are a react badly. The insect nets on the doors/windows are quite effective. But it is necessary to take plenty of insect repellent if you want to sit outside. A great holiday in a peaceful area, with wonderful weather.
