At the small-scale terraced campsite La Scogliera you can enjoy the southern Italian sun and look out over the Ionian sea. Between the freshly scented pine trees and cacti, brand-new Tahiti's stand for a luxurious stay. From the campsite you will discover the not yet touristy Puglia, known for its typical white villages, UNESCO trulli (typical houses with cone-shaped roofs), white beaches in pristine bays, Pugliese wines and local pasta specialties.

    Some tips for your holiday at Camping La Scogliera in Santa Cesarea Terme

    • Be amazed by Lecce, the "city of baroque," and behold the beautiful ornaments, works of art, sculptures and the Basilic Santa Croce. Between these highlights, you'll find bars and restaurants where you'll enjoy Pugliese wines and local dishes, such as orecchiette pasta.
    • Trulli can be spotted in the fairytale towns of Locorotondo or Alberobello. The typical limestone houses from the 15th century provided coolness on hot days and served as storage for farmers' goods.
    • One of the most beautiful white villages is Ostuni Bianca. The village is built on a hill right next to the coast. Wander the narrow streets and drink a real Italian espresso overlooking the Ionian sea. In this village of paradise, you'll want to keep taking pictures constantly.
