Description of the campsite
Located between the towns of Arona and Stresa, just a few minutes's walk from the lake Solcio Village rappresents the optimal solution for those who want to enjoy the beauty of the picturesque setting of Lago Maggiore.
It offers its guests comfortable accommodation in mobile-homes with furnished verandas, for a relaxing stay without giving up home comforts. Immersed in a quiet and relaxing environment, it is ideal for families and couples.
The surrounding area offers a wide range of outdoor activities, such as water sports or hiking in the beautiful natural surroundings. The choice is very wide as it is strategically located to get to the main Points of Interest in the area, including the Borromean Islands: the jewel of the Piedmont shore of our lake; but also Parco Pallavicino, the towns of Arona, Stresa, Baveno and finally Verbania, where you can visit Villa Taranto botanical gardens.
Swimming pool, bar, wi-fi coverage, fibre internet in each accommodation, laundry room and a playground (located in a safe outside area very close to the Village) complete the range of facilities and amenities offered by the resort. An equipped beach with sunbeds and umbrellas is located just 1000 m from the Village, separated (via Erno river) by a free beach.
The excellent geographical location of Solcio Village places it just over an hour's drive from Milan and the Swiss border, and allows it to be reached from Malpensa in about 50 minutes using the Alibus Lago Maggiore service.
