Campsite information

Camping Adria

Just over the Italian/Slovenian border there's camping Adria, on the sunny part of the Milje peninsula. You can get there via the Skofije border crossing, or maybe take the easier crossing at Lazaret. A lively campsite with all kinds of activities and beautiful (new!) Safari tents.

  • On this elongated campsite that stretches along the Adriatic Sea you will find excellent facilities. Among them is a swimming pool (salt water) of Olympic dimensions and a shallow pool for the kids.
  • The pleasant climate provides lush vegetation with cypresses, bay trees and olive groves.
  • Apart from sunbathing on the campsite's own (pebble) beach you can enjoy swimming, snorkeling, fishing and … supping: stand up paddling on a surf board. Very exciting.
  • Sleeping in a safari tent is an adventure for the children, although adults love it just as much. The Kalahari-2 safari tents are brand new.
  • There is a well stocked campsite shop and a friendly restaurant with a romantic view out to sea.
  • Let the kids try out the new enclosed playground Jumpyland (entrance fee payable - open from 18:00 to 22:00 hours). Bouncey castles, trampolines and more. A paradise for 2 to 12 year olds.

    • Recommends this resort

Really well equipped pre arranged tent. Clean on arrival. Comfortable beds. Met on arrival by host who was friendly and helpful. Only small issue was the position of our pitch which was on the corner leaving us looking directly out to our neighbours just 2 meters away which was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise all good. Generally well equipped and organised camp site.
