Some tips for your holiday at Camping Terme Olimia in Podčetrtek
- For a portion of nature you easily walk to the nearby forest Pičov Breg. Or feed the deer with the kids in the Jelenov Greben nature park. After only a 10 minute drive.
- Get a royal welcome at Celje Castle in Celje, just a 45-minute drive away. The castle stands proudly and majestically on a hill, which makes the view unbelievably beautiful. Book a guided tour and let yourself be enchanted!
- The lookout tower Stolp Zdravja from 2019 literally elevates you to higher spheres. The stairs of this tower take you up to no less than 40 meters in height. The view you have here over the surrounding hills is unbeatable!
- Visit a perfect blend of culture, history and art in the city of Zagreb, just 79 kilometers from the campsite. Make sure to visit the Gothic cathedral, the botanical garden or the funicular to the Lotrščak tower.
- You stand face to face with a piece of world history in the city of Krapina. After only a 45-minute drive, you can almost touch the most important and first found remains of Neanderthals. Insanely educational!
- After an hour's drive from the campsite you arrive in the old town of Maribor. In this theatrical city, theatre, music and wine are their showpieces. Therefore, it is no coincidence that you can visit the oldest grapevine here!
- The monastery Olimje is something to write home about. This beautiful monastery dates back to the 16th century and is still traditionally inhabited by Franciscans. Totally worth the short 8 minute drive!
