Why Camping Caballo de Mar?
- Tidy campsite by Pineda de Mar beach
- Walk through the little tunnel to the beach and boulevards
- Must do: Barcelona. Just a 50 minute drive away!
If you're looking for a beach holiday, you won't find a better spot than this. You can hear and smell the Mediterranean from the campsite as the beach is just in front of the bungalow tents. There is a another section of the campsite on the other side of the coast road and this is where you will find the mobile homes and the majority of the campsite facitlies.
Pineda de Mar has a relaxing boulevard with a Catalan atmosphere. Not as exuberant as Lloret de Mar further north but, just as you would expect on a Spanish seaside resort, there's friendly beach bars where you can eat in the pleasant summer evenings, while the sounds of the sea can be heard in the background. The road to Barcelona runs parallel to the beaches, with only the rail line in between. There are plenty of small tunnels to pass through to get to the beach. Then you have only the road to cross.
"Laze away the day at the beach in front of the campsite then enjoy the local food. In the evening enjoy a nice stroll along the boulevard."
