You can find current travel advice per destination country on the website of your national authority. You’ll also find information about any local corona measures in different countries and if and how you need to take extra measures into consideration. Examples could be a negative COVID 19-test result, a test obligation or quarantine requirements.

Can I still enjoy my campsite holiday safely?

Campsite holidays are mostly outdoors and always in separate client accommodation, which makes it easier for everyone to keep a safe distance. Research shows that the chance of getting infected outside is less than inside. Besides, you’ll be most likely travelling with your own car and using your own accommodation.

All our campsites follow covid guidelines and will endeavor to ensure a safe and enjoyable holiday atmosphere as possible.

Respect for safety: all campsites follow safety directives as set down by their local authorities.

Safe distance: campsites will provide extra distance measures in public spaces and facilities. They also have less accommodations in use, which makes the campsite less occupied than normal. This allows for a more spacious feeling at the campsite.

Housekeeping and hygiene: campsite are providing extra housekeeping and cleaning which makes the use of facilities extra safe. And naturally, your accommodation will be extensively cleaned before your arrival.

Do I need to bring facemasks on my holiday? And anything else?

We advise that you bring a sufficient amount of facemasks, paper wipes and disinfection/soap. To be extra safe we also advise you to bring your own bedding (quilts, blankets and pillows) and linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases). Due to local safety measures, some campsites are not allowed to provide you with these named items. A few days before your arrival, you’ll receive an email including the current safety measures.

Why is it advised to bring my own beddings and pillows?

Due to Covid, some campsites have suspended offer bedding (quilts, blankets and pillows) and linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases). This is due to local corona measures, which will be included in your booking conformation and travel documents. Tip: pack your bedding with a vacuum travel bag. This way you’ll save lots of baggage space.

What if I need to go in quarantine and cannot go on my holiday?

If you need to quarantine within4 days  before your booked arrival date and you can prove it, then please contact us. We will look for suitable solutions.

It is also highly recommended to purchase cancellation insurance which includes COVID-19.

Why am I asked to fill out quit claim?

By signing this claim form, you admit that you are aware that the advice by your national authority for your destination or transit country is negative and that travelling is at it is your own volition. You admit to being aware of all requirements needed to cross borders and also of all risk involved.

Can I go on holiday without signing quit claim?

If you have received information about negative travel advice from us, you can decide what you want to do – amend your plans or still go. If you don’t contact us at all and still decide to go, you do so completely at your own risk at that of any traveling party.
