Upon arrival, you will be welcomed in a house that stands out for its contemporary design combining aesthetics and functionality.
Here you will especially like its large balcony, ideal for relaxing, offering an unobstructed view of the surrounding area.
As for the location, it is also one of the many assets of this house.
You are on the beach resort of Etables Sur Mer, while being next to St Quay Portrieux (800m) and Binic (6km).
Enjoy the iodized air and enjoy the charm of these resorts, with their fishing and recreational ports and their beautiful sandy beaches.
The closest to the house will be the Comtesse at 1.1 km or the Moulin at 1.3 km.
From there, lovers of hiking will quickly join the GR34, which borders the coast.
A little further, head for the Corsary City of Paimpol (27 km) and the jewel of the Brehat department (33 km)
