A comfortable living room, a nice, spacious and attic room, a closed gravel courtyard.
Located at the bottom of a road without a way out, you will enjoy an appreciable independence: the owners live just behind, on their old farm, but not overlooked. Want to escape, just at the end of the impasse, the bike road will take you to the coast! And the beaches are numerous in Hillion. You will have the choice between 5 beaches: the closest one, the Ermot at about 3 km is known to be warmer than others! the Bon Abri is distinguished by the beautiful panorama it offers on the nature reserve of the coasts of Morieux. Friends hikers, you will love to walk along the GR34 that borders the whole coast. The small village of Hillion is 2.6 km away and from there you will quickly reach the RN 12 for St-Brieuc (12 km), its historic centre and the port of Legué, the large family beach of the Rosaires well animated in season at 17 km.
