Description of the establishment
Nestled on the heights of Plérin, above the port of Légué, this property will seduce you by its privileged location: very close to the chapel St-Maudez renovated by the inhabitants of this small and friendly neighborhood... A whole history...On site, 2 independent cottages with their private space under development. The cottage Near Les Nouëlles is distinguished by its large, comfortably furnished stay, opening at the back (1 step) on a well sheltered courtyard. Well located geographically, you will quickly access the beaches of Plérin. Just 3 km away, that of the Nouëlles bordered by a beautiful coast where you will like to collect shellfish. If you do water activities and look for entertainment, you will instead go to the beach of the Rosaires (6 km). All local shops at 1.6 km and the center of Plérin at 6 km, Saint-Brieuc (6 km), Binic, beautiful seaside resort with its lively marina all year round at 16.5 km. 20 km from St-Quay-Portrieux.
